Cliffs of Moher
The beautiful and majestic Cliffs of Moher, County Clare. These cliffs are the highest in Europe over 700 feet tall. It is like a religious pilmigrage all the people you see there. On the day we were there, there must have been 5,000 people there. It is really awesome to look at these, but it is also amazing how things change so quickly. The picture on the top left was just after we got to the cliffs. The pictures I took here were all shot in about 15 minutes. You can see why. In the picture top right the fog had come in, that quickly and it comes in very fast, probably from a clear day to being fog in, in about 15 minutes. The pictures on the bottom middle and right is Obrien's Tower. I would have loved to go up there, but number one it was too crowded and number two by the time I would have the fog would have been in. In the short time I was in Ireland I now understand why there are so many ship wrecks and lost planes on the channel and the fog is very thick
